I need a car seat

We put the safety and comfort of our passengers first. That’s why we offer car seats on request. An additional fee of €30 will be applied.

I have skis, can I bring them with me?

Yes, you can bring your skis with you in a VTC. Our vehicles are equipped with spacious trunks that can accommodate bulky luggage, such as skis, snowboards. To book a ride with your skis, please let us know in advance so that we can provide you with a suitable vehicle.

My flight/train is delayed. What should I do?

No need to panic! These things happen and we will take them into account. That’s why we accept waits of up to 30 minutes.

However, after the first 30 minutes of waiting, you will be charged 20 EUR for each additional 30 minutes.

When making your reservation, please provide us with a flight/train number so that we can track your arrival live.

We are more than 8. Can you accommodate us?

Thanks to a partnership with colleagues who share the same values, you can book several
